This past weekend is a cautionary tale for those that had great Fantasy Football outcomes. Before we get into our SCFE Staff Week 3 Fantasy Football rankings, I thought we’d take a quick look back before we look forward.
If you did well in Week 2, you should know that it really was a screwy weekend of action all around.
Many NFL teams that were supposed to be favorites entering the game, ended up losing. We’re talking about top-level teams like the Saints, Ravens, Eagles, Lions, Dolphins and Seahawks went down in flames. Hopefully, you dodged a “Survivor League” bullet!
But, if you had a rough Fantasy weekend, you can at least feel a little better about the fact that things did not go as they were supposed to.
Each week, we’ll post the averaged staff rankings from several of the SCFE staff members, including Joe Bond, Sarah Bojarski, Graham Briggs, Jack Delaney, David Gonos, Chris Meyers and Michael Tomlin.
SCFE Staff Week 3 Fantasy Football Rankings
These Week 3 Fantasy Football rankings are produced through FantasyPros.com, so player cards are also provided for each player, in case you want to look up the latest news and stats on any particular player.
Finally, I’d also like to point you to their “My Playbook” application that allows users to load up rosters from all of their leagues, then it help you figure out who to start, who to sit, who to think about trading, which free agents you should think about picking up and which players you should consider dropping. It’s one of the best all-in-one Fantasy tools I’ve ever seen.
It’s muy importante (that’s Spanish for “this is a big deal!”) that you shake off an 0-2 start with a win this weekend, or else you’re going to have to start thinking about wholesale changes.
