My streaming options have remained hot the past few weeks. With the Week 13 pitching planner I want to continue that hot streak.
After chasing (and attaining) perfection in Week 10, my Week 11 picks were one blown up Alex Cobb-salad from going perfect in back-to-back weeks. Week 12 is continuing the trend, as my streaming picks are 9-1 with six starts remaining.
I am trying to take pride and hold myself accountable with these picks. Anyone can just show you who has 2-starts or is a must-start with a good/bad matchup. I want to give you a reason to come back.
For the Week 13 pitching planner, I am using ownership percentages from ESPN. The information in this Week 13 pitching planner is up to date as of June 23rd.

Shelby Miller and Zack Godley, ARI: at MIA, vs. SF
This will be Miller’s first starts of the season, so we will see if they let him make two. I am streaming him for sure against the Marlins though.

Clay Buchholz, ARI vs. SF (34.6% ownership)
Still only owned in about a third of leagues, he needs to be owned in 100% of leagues.
Felix Pena, LAA at BAL (0.1% ownership)
For deeper leagues, you can do worse than the young Pena against the team with the lowest batting average in the league.
Brent Suter, MIL vs. KC (24.7% ownership)
Suter has not given up more than 3 runs or gone less than five innings since early May. Now he gets a struggling Royals’ lineup.
Kyle Gibson, MIN at CWS (31.3% ownership)
He has five quality starts in his last six outings, and was one out from six in a row.
Jason Vargas, NYM at MIA (1.0% ownership)
He got rocked by the Rockies, but Coors Field will do that. I like him much better at Miami.
All Texas Rangers pitchers outside of Cole Hamels: vs. SD, vs. CWS
They are all widely available and now you get two terrible offenses and the Rangers are streaking.
